I forgot my password on my samsung sch-1545(S4) to the anti theft i downloaded from AVG and the phone is locked. I forgot the password and bought a new SIM card,since I blew the old one up trying to get password correct. The phone is still locked and I can't seem to get it unlocked. Even when I try using the lock and then unlock buttons on anti theft site nothing happens. Is there no way to use this phone to get password? I've been an avid user of AVG products for my PC for yrs and thats why I'm baffled that AVG anti theft is so hard to use. Just bought a new smartphone and thanks to AVG I only got to use it for about 1 week. Thats ridiculous and totally unacceptable for me to spend my hard earned money on. Guess I wasted $500 for a phone. Is there nothing that can be done? I tried all Ive read about and contacting AVG on the phone seems to be impossible and getting a reply from email support is poor also. Still havent heard back in reply to same problem here that I posted last week. The only reply was when I reposted the question and the person asked me not to repost. You'd think that alone would get someone to reply. All my AVG products are up in March 2015 and if no help here I'll have to find another sourc of security. Very Unhappy paying client, D.Farley
