Hi Alan thankyou however now we have been refunded BUT only for one part and not the whole amount that we recently paid!! I am getting to the end of my tether I can tell you.

Frustrated customer here, customer service say to ring a uk number, when you ring it says go via the website.  Going in via the website page to technical support it gives you a code number to use within 60 minutes by phone, when you get through an automated response advises that no routes available.  What has happened to AVG?  I used to renew,  update and all done,  this year we have had problems with account ownership, log in, download, trials on avg zen that we have not requested as subscribed anyway. Have chatted online with customer services twice (who say problems at avg due to upgrading systems?) and sorry to say they have not been able to help.  I just want to know the answers to above and exactly what my subsription of £69.95 has covered me for as cannot get a clear response or clarification, just need help please?  Any ideas who to contact please?

Joan, By any chance is this the message you are getting… 'The email scanner cannot scan messages because the connection was encrypted'.
