To start, I must to state, that I am not very well educated in computer virus field of knowledge.
Today (22March22) I got several warnings about blocked access because of virus thread vbs:gamaredon-cm. Those pages, for example Finviz.com (and some other sites, mostly news), I use daily for years and they are cosidered safe.
I would like to ask someone experienced before making conclusions. Is this false positive or should I be worried?
Adding screenshot, should I do anything else to help clarify this case?

I too had this but found posts online last night that suggest this is a false positive so im not going to worry about it
