Hello Molly,
We do understand your concern. The Verizon ad must have been got from a different application from your computer. And that must have been mistakenly displayed in the place of AVG ads. We suggest you to get a screenshot of the ad, if you see it again, so that it will be easy for us to check this.
Thank you.
Last night when I left my office AVG virus scan was running and that window was open. This morning when I came back and "woke up" my computer the MYJetpack window from Verizon was displaying in the lower portion of the AVG window where AVG usually has their ads and Buy Now button. . How did that happen? How did the NetGear MyJetpack internet site end up displaying in the AVG ad section. I meant to take a screen shot but forgot. I connect to the internet with the Jetpack, but have not gone to MyJetpack in over a year since I set up the Jetpack. I have not been able to duplicate this. Windows 10 OS - Verizon NetGear JetPack

It was not a verizon ad, but, as stated, the home page from myJetpack - the administration site for Jetpack. I use the Jetpack to go online but it has been over a year since I went to MyJetPack. I keep leaving the AVG window open in hopes it will happen again. If so, I will get the screen shot this time. It just struck me as very strange.
