Very Dissatisfied

This is very very annoying, now I can't even access my modems admin page without disabling the firewall. Public or Private. You guys really need to fix this problem. I shouldn't have to keep disabling my firewall to access a private site on the range of 192.168.1.1

This makes no sense to me at all, in fact it's obsured.

Even adding an exception in URL don't do anything. How do I fix this? If you can't fix it, then I have no need for it, and i'll be asking Amazon for a full refund for something that don't work, and I cannot use.

There is obviously a problem with the firewall. To pay for a 2 year subscription and now this I feel ripped off none the less.

Thank you.

I bought this program thinking it would work and it's been giving me nothing but hell.

For 2 days I have been having nothing but issues, and to think I paid for a 2 year subscription is beyond me.

A tech got on my system remotely and did some stuff now I am back to square one.

He had it working in both Public / Private, for both the router / wireless nic.

He even reinstalled AVG, problem is, I use VNC to access my other desktops over LAN.

In order for me to do that, I have to set everything to Private.

If I want to get on my routers admin page to change settings I have to either 1, disable my firewall, or 2, have to set it back to public. This is unacceptable.

It was working for a awhile, and as others have stated it goes back to giving me trouble.

Here's what I don't get, the IP of 192.168.1.1 is a private LAN IP so why would I have to set it to public in order for this to work?

A firewall should allow the superuser / administrator allow (me) to do anything I wan't, not the program or firewall doing stuff for me.

I used to have this program back in the old days and was able to set things the way I wanted them, and all worked fine.

Considering I paid for a 2 year subscription for this and have to fight this kind of stuff I am very dissatisfied with the out come, and was expecting something better for my money and I get this in return.

There is a problem with your firewall and you need to fix it. All of these excuses and workarounds don't cut it for me.

Coming from a Computer / Network tech this is very unacceptable.

Thing is, they were on my system for over an hour, and it didn't help, you guys really need to come out with a patch / update to fix this. From what I had observed, they didn't do much compared to what I have already done. So I don't know. I found a workaround, but it's very annoying to do.

Well I am having nothing but problems with your program, so until it gets fixed, I am going to contact Amazon about this program doesn't work and I am uninstalling it.

I am sorry but this program is very very unstable, I can't use something like this when I've spent 2 days dealing with it's problems. So when it gets fixed you let me know.

Sorry but I am done and over it. It's to stressful enough…
