We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the Pop-Ups. We suggest you to Enable Silent Mode and check once. To enable the Silent mode, please open your AVG Internet Security (AVG Anti Virus FREE for free Users) Interface>Menu>Settings>General>Silent Mode : Enable it.

Thanks. I was not aware of that setting. I checked it off. AVG may want to update that in their help pages too because it still has obsolete settings listed for this issue.
