@Santhosh Pannerselvam - This is a Community Forum where people come to find help for issues they are having. No one, aside from the original poster, who has this issue is helped by you sending a private e-mail to the OP. I am having this same issue and found this post in hopes of finding help. You comments on behalf of AVG did not help. If you have suggestions that we can follow, please post them in the community so all can benefit.
@Roy Hughes
I was having the same problem and had similair thoughts to your post. I think I figured out what is happening and how to fix it. It looks like under the basic computer protection AVg is scanning every file (which I would expect and want them to do). It does cause CPU problems when downloading and transfering large files. What I found and to the credit of AVG they have made it simple and clear what is going on. All you have to do it open your avg dashboard and disable the Computer and Web and Email protection. I would only recommend doing this when you are downloading something for a trusted source. I am downloading a game from steam so I went ahead disabled each for 1 hour and I went from ~450Mbs to 650Mbs. I am not sure if AVG didn't want to post about the CPU resources that scanning every file takes or that they are scanning every file, but that is what a good antiviruis will do. I think AVG does a great job of making this easy to disable and has it setup to only disable for an hour which is a great option when downloading large files from a trusted source.
AVG service is causing my cpu to overheat (75c). Normal temp for my cpu is 35c to 48c. It does this even when nothing else is running. I have tried everything above, including uninstall and reinstall. I have had to uninstall AVG because it was likely to damage my cpu. I was going on for 3 and a half days when I had to uninstall.

So for the past 3 days or so I've noticed AVG using up almost 4 times the amount of cpu than it usually does.
As you can see it is the "AVG Service" and "AVG Antivirus engine server" that's causing the issue, combined they are taking up over 50% of the cpu and will fluctuate up to 75% at times.
Specs :-
Windows 10 Pro 64
AMD FX-8350 8 Cores @4.2GHz
GTX 1070 8GB Black Edition
16GB Ram
Paid AVG Subscription
No other Anti-Virus Software installed
Reading over what others that have experienced similar problems I have :-
1. Disabled Self-Defense and rebooted. This has shaved off on average 5% cpu usage but it is still much more than it should be. I have also checked that I have to latest software version (ver. 21.10.3157 - build 20.10.5824.626) and definitions (ver. 210131-4).
2. Used AVG repair and rebooted, issue still remains.
3. Used AVG Clear to remove AVG and did a fresh install, issue still remains.
4. Checked to see if there are other versions of AVG running, there are none.

Sorry for the late reply, So I figured out what the problem was and I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. Basically I've spent the last week fixing a heavily fragmented drive by transfering the files from one harddrive to another, formating the fragmented hard drive and then transfered the files back over. There was a lot of files and took quite a long time to do.
I finished transfering the files last night and, low and behold, the processes are back to normal
So I decided to transfer some more files and it caused the cpu usage of those two processes to ramp up again. While I can definitely see why AVG would want to check the files being transfered, the CPU usage seems extremely high, especially when I've never noticed the spike in usage before when I've transfered files in the past.
Thank you for the screenshot, Gary
Since there was a lot of files to check, the AVG would have occupied higher usage of the CPU.
After checking all those files, do you still have the AVG process at high usage?
