I've been installing the new Virgin V6 box and wanted to pair it with an existing Tivo box. I was having some difficulty and followed the Virgin booklet instruction to go to How does Virgin Media multiroom work | Virgin Media Help. I simply typed this into my search engine and was put through a series of screens which ended with a notice that my computer had been locked and I should phone a Microsoft number right away. I assume, correctly, that this was a scam. Virgin did not show any interest when I mentioned it but it does strike me as something they should be extremely concerned about. Am I being naive?
