Virus can't be quarantined and now blocked

Hi there, I have a MacBook Pro with mac os sierra, version 10.12.4. I did a scan and the  AVG antivirus shows I have 2 threats in orange that say "Cannot move to quarantine." What can I do to get rid of them?
This seems a common problem after the latest update. Apple tried to assist me and suggested I contact you. I have tried to send a screenshot, but I am being told it is too big to send. HELP!

Hello Barbara,
We are sorry to hear that. This is a known issue and we are working on a fix. Please try to attach the screenshot again and check if you are able to send without any issue.
Thank you

I cannot attach a screenshot from my Mac…I keep get a message to say it is too large. The link and instructions you have sent appear to be for Windows and not for Mac Os.
Just had another update, ran scan and I still have 2 threats showing.

Barbara, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
