Hi, my virus definition and program have both expired and are set for automatic update, but they won`t
update and install - any ideas ?

I have now uninstalled the AVG and was supposed to reinstall it again - which I have done, but am asked for the "activating code", but I haven`t received such one recently - probably way back when purchased the initial AVG.
What can I do ?
