1) Are you still seeing that virus definitions are not installed for more than 3 days? Please try to update manually and check.
2) You can schedule a virus scan in AVG. Click this link and follow the steps under 'Create a Custom scan' to schedule a scan.
3) Many of our users find these offers useful. We handpick them from our own products or those of partners we feel can add to your security or digital experience.
Also the frequency of pop ups can be controlled directly from the app or can be even turned off.
Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu -> Settings -> General -> Personal Privacy. Uncheck 'Show offers for other AVG products', 'Shows offers for 3rd party products' and click OK to save the settings.

You are about to lose a LONG TIME customer. I HAVE HAD IT with 3 MAJOR Issues…
1) CONSTANT & CONTINUED problems with virus update. Over last 6 weeks it has stated that Virus Defo were updated THAT day ONLY 3 or 4 times. Why has this not been fixed??? It is NOT a new problem. Did I mention it has been a CONSTANT & CONTINUED Problem?
If you can NOT fix your Own PROBLEMS, how am I to have Faith in your protection of my computer & info??? AND I AM PAYING YOU FOR THIS PROTECTION !!!
2) Why can I NOT SCHEDULE Scans for my computer??? Why must I ALWAYS scan MANUALLY??? I have Internet Security. But NO Auto Schedule Scan Ability !!!
3) Why must I click 5 or 6 times to exit AVG after I have MANUALLY scanned my computer. Why are you flooding me with ADS to buy other products??? It should ONLY be 1 or 2 clicks to exit.
AGAIN…I am a LONG TIME USER of AVG Virus Protection. It is getting WORSE & MORE AGGRAVATING to use.
