Hi ,Don't know why but other AVG products uninstalled ,then tried to uninstall the AVG Internet Security and it would not uninstall.I have totally ran out of patience with this problem !

Everything is up to date on my AVG Security ,all protected ,but it says that Virus Definitions are out of date.When I try to update it shows updating step 1/2 but nothing happens .What can I do ?
Hi,I have taken screenshots but they are over 1mb so they cannot be sent .If I Send them through the email you sent they get returned to me.I don't know how I can make the screenshots smaller.
