Virus definitions won't update - Not enough storage available to process this command

Hello,

My virus definitions will no longer automatically update, and I can't get them to manually update either.  I am running AVG Business Antivirus on Windows 2012 Server.  My subscription is active.

Error message:  Not enough storage is available to process this command.

Program  version:  18.8.3071 (build 18.8.4084.409)
Release date:  11/15/2018

There is 149GB free on the system drive. Memory usage is only 13%.  This is not a virtual machine.
