I picked up a virus whch was serious enough for windows to freeze my computer (according to the onscreen notification) I am covered by AVG virus protection until the middle of this year. My question is why didn't AVG support pick up the virus, there was no notification or assistance from them. I get plenty reminders to purchase more products, but am now wary as to the best product to buy.
