Can someone assist me with this issue? I have purchased AVG antivirus for my computer, I was charged an additional US$4.99 for Virus Removal Assurance. I received two different product keys. I entered the key for the AVG antivirus but cannot enter the key for the Virus Removal Assurance. I am still getting the message that my computer has virus. I would like to find out how I can enter the removal assurance number/key or get back a refund.
