After updating the virus definitions to the latest release May 20, 2020 (ver 200520-0) it still says that virus definitions are out of date. Any suggestions?

Could you confirm the current program version installed on your PC?
Open AVG, click Menu -> About to see the program version.

Hi, my version of AVG Internet Security is 20.3.3120. I have gone onto my account and re-installed the app. No difference still shows virus defs out of date. Nigel
