I get the same problem, i've just excluded my projects directory from any scans, but…is code::blocks doing something in the background that we are not aware of, e.g like adding/including malcious code when we comple our progs via the header file that we #include.
Hello,
i have the paid version of AVG Internet security.
Installing code blocks C++ was not a problem, also compiling give no problem.
But when i am trying to run my project, AVG virusscan gives following Trojan horse: Generic38.ABPH.
After searching the internet it becomes clear that this is a false Trojan detection.
To solve this, i did the following:
- first: excluding in AVG inside Program Files (X86) the CodeBlocks directory and…
- second: excluding my projects-directory which was on another disk.
After this all works fine!

Lately everytime I try to write and run a new program in CodeBlocks IDE the program does not run properly and I keep getting this virus warning “Threat Trojan horse Agent4.TAL” . If I open previous .cpp programs there is no problem. I have run an AVG scan of CodeBlocks and my programs folder and both of these were clear.
