I am developing web applications in Visual Studio 2012 Express for Web. Occationally (every 5th reload or so) a page load takes a loooong time to complete (minutes) when running locally against IIS express in the development environment. I figured out this has something to do with AVG Internet Security, because if I turn AVG off then there are no more delayed page loads. Now, turning off the antivirus isn't really a working solution because I would have zero computer protection. I'm looking for a setting that would exclude whatever is blocking Visual Studio. Anyone with a clue about how to solve this before I need to go to another antivirus vendor?
