Hello Nilton,
I'm sorry to hear about this. It seems Firewall issues, I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access all the websites with enabled AVG Internet Security and also check if the red x have been removed. If the issue still persist, then please share a screenshot of the "red x" to assist you further. You can check the following link to see the instructions about taking the screenshot (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot). You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi,
I have AVG (paid version) and VPN (paid version recently downloaded). Today, net conexion icon of my PC shows a red x, but I'm acessing net normally. I have openned the related area in the control pannel and it shows something like FIGURE 1 attached. So, I would like to know how to solve this, since it seems to me that VPN is causing the problem. Is the VPN correctly installed or must I correct something?
Thank you,
Nilton Maia
