VPN asking for upgrade but licence for 5 using only 3

Hello, since today I have a problem with VPN on computer, saying I have only 1 lincence and asking to upgrade but I have licence for 5 devices ? How can I fixe this. I already deleted VPN and by subscriptions installed it again but still getting same message asking to up-grade. Subscription still valid for more than 1 year

In the email we've sent you, we informed you that we've received similar reports (regarding the AVG Secure VPN) and that the issue has already been escalated to the concerned team.
They're currently working towards fixing the issue. Your patience is much appreciated in this regard.
