I need to sue NordVPN sometimes, on Windows 11 laptop

I had the same problem. Tried to temporarily close AVG to see if that was causing loss of internet but there is no option.
However I found a tab to ‘Repair App’ and clicked on it. After rebooting, internet was restored.
