I get error messages in my Quicken program when I download bank and credit card information when I have your VPN program active. If I disconnect my VPN I don't have a problem. Because of this problem I stopped using your service over 6 months ago. Is there a fix for this problem?

Unfortunately, certain banking websites & applications have taken counter measures to block their users from accessing its content through Secure VPN servers.
While we do continue to add new servers & virtual ip addresses, they are quite fast to identify the same.
However, you can try connecting to the "Streaming & P2P" servers (locations) that are available in Secure VPN & check.
