Hi Mark,
We'll be glad to help you further.
I suggest you to try changing to different optimal location in AVG Secure VPN by following the steps below and check if you experience the same.
Double-click the AVG Secure VPN icon on your desktop to open the application.
Click Change location to select a server location.
Hello! Just so you know, you are not the only one having this problem. It might be because of a Windows 10 update in April. Sometimes when I turn on the VPN automatically, I get the "No Internet" dinosaur message, until I turn it off. But then when I rebooted the computer it seems to work okay (my VPN is on right now)
Using Windows 7 OS . A few weeks ago my internet access started dropping every few minutes for 5 minutes or so at a time. By process of elimination I discovered switching off the vpn fixed the problem. Any suggestions how this problem may be fixed without switching off vpn.
Okay,
I disabled Computer, Web and Email, Hacker attacks, Privacy and Payments all together for 10 minutes. I then streamed a video from the BBC website to monitor web access. As the functions turned themselves back on in order the internet was blocked a few seconds after Web and Email was enabled. Then it came back on for a few seconds. Now it has been off for more than 2 minutes.
Oh … and vpn is now off so that I can send this message.
