For your information, its something we have very little control of as its mainly up to the service provider (Eg.Sky, BBC, Netflix) whether they allow VPN connections or not. In some regions, VPN doesn't work due to the restrictions on the concerned website.

If you are unable to turn off AVG Secure VPN, try to reinstall AVG Secure VPN and turn off it. If you have any clarification, please do let us know. Thank you.

I have recently been unable to receive bbs news sttreamed on iplayer.  the BBC says it is because I am using a VPN.  How do I sort this?  I am unable to turn off the VPN
