I have same problem. Should I discontinue AVG?

Please clarify whether the mentioned website is an online banking or financial site. Also, let us know if you experience this issue with a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.
Meanwhile, please try connecting to different servers (locations) that are available in AVG Secure VPN to check if it helps.

When VPN is turned on, I am denied access to sites that I should be able to see. I get this message

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.lowes.com/" on this server.

When I turn VPN off, I can then get into the site.

Any advice?
