VPN Disconnecting every few mins

Well this is frustrating! The help via email sends me a list of tasks to perform, but the instrcutions are incomplete or outright wrong. The Sysinfo tool I ambeing asked to upload doesnt have the options or functionality I am being told it has, and despite all repeated attempts, none of the files ive uploaded to the FTP server have been received. I have full screenshots of every step (and every screen that doesnt have the options described in the numerous emails ive received.

Seems like im being given the run around!

VPN has worked flawlessly since I purchased it last May. As of a few weeks ago, it now disconnects and reconnects constantly. Many locations cannot be connected to at all. What has changed?

The problem started a few weeks back. Disconnections occur every 2 or 3 minutes and often take 3 mins or more to reconnect, or fail to reconnect completely. I've tried most of the networks in Europe and all seem to have the same issue

No other VPN software installed, no hardware changes and reinstall doenst fix it
