VPN does not connect

I understand the inconvenience. To fix the issue, please open Run command (press Windows key + R key simultaneously) > Type "services.msc" > Select AVG Secure VPN and restart the service on the left side.  Check if AVG Secure VPN is activated. If not uninstall the product from the control panel [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG] and reinstall it to check the status.

VPN does not connect because of a "technical issue".If I knew how to uninstall VPN and then reinstall it, I would, but I do not know the procedures for doing this.
