VPN doesn't start

I understand you are unable to turn on AVG Secure VPN in your computer. Please restart AVG Secure VPN service in your computer and check if that fix the issue.
* Click Start, click in the Start Search box, type services.msc, and then press ENTER.
* You can see a list of services open, search for AVG Secure VPN service and click on restart.
* Right-click the AVG Secure VPN service that you want to configure, and then click Properties.
* On the General tab, in Startup type , click Automatic if selected in Manual, Disabled or Automatic (Delayed Start).

Hello, I have AVG Internet Security installed in my PC and recently ordered the VPN free trial. At the end of the subscription process I was informed that nothing must be done by me in order to enable the service because it should start automatically. 
But, it didn't start at the end. I tried some different "tricks" like login out and login in again. Uninstall the whole program and reinstalling it again.
I verified in the AVG website and VPN appears as one of my products, I mean, the subscription exists but the service is not working in my pc.
Does anybody knows what to do?

I followed your recommendation but it didn't help to solve the problem.
There is no service from AVG controlling the VPN.
I enclosed a picture of the relevant services I found in my pc.
What do you recommend next?
