Is there any error message while download. If yes, then please share a screenshot of the error message to proceed further.

Bought the VPN security program from AVG but it appears that the download wasn’t complete.
now I”m stuck with no Internet access through my original VPN.
Went back to down loads and tried to reinstall but does not.

Let us know what program you are trying to install. Do you have AVG Secure VPN on your device? Have you tried to turn it on and check if you could access your Internet?
From the initial query, it seems that you can't download AVG Secure VPN due to no Internet access. Correct us, if we are wrong.
