VPN enabled but I have "privacy issues"

of your AVG Internet Security and AVG Secure VPN interface?

My paid AVG Secure VPN is enabled. However, when I open Internet Security it says I have "4 privacy issues". When I click on resolve all, it tells me to buy AVG Secure VPN or try it for free. Can somebody please tell me what is happening and how can I resolve this issue. Thanks

To escalate the case to senior team, we are in need of AVG log files.
To collect and send us the log files, I have sent an email instruction.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
