VPN in AVG Ultimate

Good day,

We have an AVG Ultimate subscription, but I am not able to activate VPN. When I use the activation code of our AVG Ultimate subscription I get a message 'succeeded' (in Dutch), but still only AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp are in the list of active subscriptions. In the welcoming email of AVG Ultimate, VPN was in the list of the three features under the subscription. What am I doing wrong?

Yours is an earlier version of AVG Ultimate which does not include AVG Secure VPN. It is a bundle package which includes:
- AVG Internet Security for Windows
- AVG TuneUp for Windows
- AVG Internet Security  for Mac
- AVG TuneUp Premium for Mac
- AVG Cleaner PRO for Android
- AVG AntiVirus PRO for Android

AVG Secure VPN is a part of new AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) bundle package which includes:
- AVG Internet Security for Windows
- AVG TuneUp for Windows
- AVG Secure VPN for Windows
- AVG Password Protection for Windows
- AVG Internet Security  for Mac
- AVG TuneUp Premium for Mac
- AVG Secure VPN for Mac
- AVG AntiVirus PRO for Android
- AVG Cleaner PRO for Android
- AVG Secure VPN for Android
- AVG Secure VPN for iOS
