I'm sorry and this isn't the experience we wanted you to have with AVG.

Regarding the expiry date in AVG Interface, When auto-renewal is enabled for AVG subscriptions, we will charge 15 days prior to the expiry date. Since the auto-renewal has been cancelled, the subscription date will be changed automatically subtracting 15 days to the expiry date, so you can use the paid features till the mentioned date in the interface. Once the refund is processed, you will not be able to use the paid features and you can uninstall both the AVG programs.


I see that you have submitted two refund request form for AVG Secure VPN and AVG Internet Security.

Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation to your email address registered with AVG.

I have bought AVG VPN but it seems awful. I tried all countries but none of them working for me. It is slow or not connect to internet. So I want to cancel my account and get my money back.

It occurs at all web sites. I tried with google chrome and opera. When I shut the vpn my internet connection turn back to normal immediately. I tried 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 dns adresses but same result. If you keep any log on my pc I can send it you to figure out what is happening.
