Hello Jan.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
Upon checking your records, you bought a bundle package which includes AVG Secure VPN along with other AVG apps.
So before proceeding with refund, we'd request you to try connecting to a different VPN server at another location and verify the issue.
Or else, you might want to add your private network as a trusted network in AVG Secure VPN.
Private networks, such as your home or work Wi-Fi, can be added to your Trusted Networks list. When you set AVG Secure VPN to connect automatically, your trusted networks are excluded from the auto-connect rule.
Open AVG Secure VPN and go to Settings (the gear icon) ▸ Network Security.
Tick the box next to Exclude Trusted (private) networks, then click Current Network Profile…
Click the slider next to each Wi-Fi network to set it as either Private (trusted) or Public.
Click Close to exit Trusted Network settings.
