Same issue. When I see how many people have this issue and they only answer they will escalate to support without resolution I am starting to think this is product failure. better to claim money back and go to alternative VPN

Hello, for a couple of weeks now, I Have been getting the same message every time I try to use my VPN on my pc "Licence banned", I can still use the VPN on my other devices.
