Open AVG Secure VPN, click 'Change location', and choose a different locations and verify the issue.
If the issue still persist, please refer this Article and exclude the selected server from AVG Secure VPN.

The VPN is not allowing me to login on some financial web-sites. On some it won't even connect. Please inform me on what settings I need to change?
