I request you to close the AVG Secure VPN program in your task manager and open it again. If the issue persist, please repair the AVG Secure VPN and let us know the status.
To repair AVG Secure VPN, 1. Press your window key and type "appwiz.cpl" and hit "Enter"
2. Here you can see the list of installed applications in your PC.
3. Double click the AVG Secure VPN > Uninstall and Click " Repair".
4. Restart your PC and verify it.
