VPN not connecting

It seems strange and our senior team would like to determine the exact cause by analysing the log files. 

I have sent you an email requesting those logs required for escalation. Please check and revert to that email to assist you further.

Experiencing exactly same problem. I have checked the forums and your answers exactly same. You keep ending by saying "let me check with my seniors" Havent you find any solution since 2018? Why havent you posting if the problem are solved or not so people experiencing same problem can see what to do.

thank you for your response. I've attached the screenshot. I do have a 2 years account. Please let me know if there's a specific setting in my router that could be a common barrier and I could look into with my ISP. I have an iPV4 address that starts with 10 (private). Is that an issue?

To be sure, are you experiencing this issue with your AVG Secure VPN for Mac - (24 Months) product?
Provide the screenshot of error message appeared for VPN to assist further.

Good evening, I have paid and installed AVG Secure VPN, but it wouldn't connect. I tried everything the FAQ requested, and resorted finally to uninstalling, aiming to reinstall, as the FAQ's last solution. I have uninstalled everything AVG from my computer and re-downloaded the application. Unfortunately, the Application goes on with the same behaviour. An error message appears saying "the VPN server did not respond. Verify the server address and try reconnecting". I have added AVG VPN to my firewall's secure apps. I'm behind a wireless router and extender. Please advise. Thanks.
