From your account I see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) which includes AVG Internet Security and AVG PC Tuneup, AVG Secure VPN is a different program (which is not included in AVG Ultimate subscription), if it's trial already been expired then you have to purchase it to turn on the AVG VPN connection. AVG Ultimate can be installed on all windows computer, mac computers and android devices, please let us know if your kindle fire has an Android operating system.

vpn will not activate. computer says vpn disconnected. i press on an it says loading then stops. what to do?
