We're glad to clarify this for you.
Unfortunately, certain websites has taken counter measures to block its users from accessing its content through Secure VPN servers. while we do continue to add new servers and ip addresses, they are quite fast to identify the same.
However, you can try connecting to UK servers or streaming servers to check if it helps. Thank you for your understanding in advance!

My VPN is working for everything else BBC ITV players etc  but not the UK National lottery it say i am outside the UK, which i am of course
