I live in India where AVG VPN does not work. My current subscription is AVG Ultimate which includes the non-usable VPN. How do I downgrade my subscription to just AVG Internet Security? Do I need to cancel my current subscription and get a fresh subscription. It is IMPOSSIBLE to connect to customer care about this topic.
