VPN not working

May I know if you have any other VPN application installed in your PC?
Did you try reinstall AVG Secure VPN application?
Can you use the internet when VPN turns off?
Does any specific error code appear? If so, would you please share the screenshot of it?

I have tried what you suggested to the last person that said VPN was not working, I used the Windows+R to bring up the option to repair it.  After the repair was done, I restarted the computer, and still when I turn on VPN, then open the browser, VPN does not turn on.  When I click on it, it asks me if I want to upgrade, and yet when I log in to AVG, my subscription includes VPN and it shows it is active.
Windows 10 PC with AVG Ultimate
