VPN program Does not start

We will certainly help you with this.
Please open AVG Secure VPN > Settings (Gear icon at the top right corner of the program) > Security settings. Make sure that you have unchecked the option 'Exclude from trusted(private) networks'.
Keep us informed about the status.

When I turn my computer on and check the VPN program I can open the program but it is off and I have to start it     It is set to start when  the computer is turned on    Have spent two session with people from AVG Tech Support to no avail    It seems like a common problem and  an easy fix
