We'd like to inform you that we provide support only in English. From the translation provided by Alan, I understand that you need help to activate AVG Secure VPN. I also see that you have an active license for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) which you might have already installed and activated on your PC. Since these products have different activation procedure, it is not possible to have both of them installed on the same computer.

To resolve the situation, I would like to offer you a free migration from AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) to AVG TuneUp - Unlimited which has the same activation procedure as AVG Secure VPN. You can also use the new AVG TuneUp - Unlimited on any no.of windows computers. Let us know your choice to proceed further.

I am sorry to hear that the issue persists. I have sent you an email, please follow the steps from the email and the concerned team will activate AVG Secure VPN for you.

I have the same problem, the AVG VPN is just coming up as a free trial yet I have paid for it.

Hello Jeanette,

I understand your concern. Please open AVG Secure VPN installed on your computer and click on "Login" at the top right corner and sign in to your AVG MyAccount.

This will activate AVG Secure VPN to paid version.
