I cancelled my VPN subscriptions in one account so it would not renew. My plan was to cancel that account, and add the VPN to my other AVG account to consolidate my subscriptions.
I wanted to add a Multi-device VPN, as my renewal offers (black Friday and Holiday) were for only one device.
Once logged out of my account, I went to the AVG home page and purchased a multi-device using an account email.
However, because I already had the VPN installed on my computer, the new download was merged with the currently installed VPN, and was renewed in the wrong email. Instead of adding a new product to the email I used when making the purchase.
What can you tell me?
How can this be resolved?
