VPN shows on my account but cannot open

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I see that the AVG Secure VPN is not being reflected in our Database and hence I need to escalate the case to the Concerned Team and they’ll get back to you through your email, so I suggest you to check your email regularly.

When I log into my account Secure VPN shows up but in the AVG Internet Security screen, when I clik on MyAVG it still shows the Secure VPN ico in red. I went through may support threads but could not find an answer that work for me. When I click on the Home buton on the left all the AVG components shows up, 2 on a page but I cannot click any of it.
