I did the procedure on email and the app is trying to connect since 20 minutes ago, how much time is acceptable to wait success connection? I dont know if it is normal or I have another problem.

After one week since last support, I still have no solution to this problem, renew time is coming and probably will not with AVG products.

Reinstall AVG Secure VPN if that does not work.
Even after follow DNS change procedure, VPN still doesnt work, anybody have another idea?
