So after a session last weekend where an advisor took over my pc, he said there was no problems and internet does not drop off. Could not answer why the Network info on bottom toolbar shows "Home - Network - internet access and then with VPN on "Unidentified network - no internet access". With VPN back on for a short period tonight there were 4 or 5 timees in less than an hour when it stopped and I got fedup of it so turned it off again. Can anyone fix this issue please.
I have saved screen shots to a word file but cannot put them up here?

Do you see the network status as connected on your PC?
If the PC says as connected to internet, then do you get error while accessing the websites?
Open AVG Secure VPN program window.
Click on "gear" icon and select "network security".
If the box that says "Activate Kill Switch" is selected, then click on the box to deselect it.
Turn on AVG Secure VPN and check the status with internet.

When I turn VPN on I have no internet, there was a similar problem I saw last year. Was there a positive outcome to this?

When I turn VPN on the status is as below. When off everythuing works fine. Kill switch is off and always has been.
