Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. I would request you to uninstall AVG Secure VPN and reinstall it to resolve the issue. After you reinstall, please make sure you have activated the paid subscription.
To activate your product with the subscription, you need to log in to your AVG MyAccount. If you are not connected to MyAccount please follow these steps:
Double-click the AVG icon on your desktop to open AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen).
Click Connect in the top-right corner of the screen, then click Log in to an existing account.
Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG MyAccount during the purchase, and click Log in.

Cannot get my VPN protection to activate. "Your online privacy is not protected" at the top of the screen. I try to slide the bar over to "On", it says "loading" for about 20 seconds but nothing happens beyond. I bought this a month ago and did not realize until recently it was not working. Please help.
