I have on two occasions had a chat online to arrange a refund for my VPN subscription as I do not use it and on the second occasion (within the last two weeks) was assured that someone would be in touch to confirm the refund. I have not activated it and do not want it.
Over this period over thirty days has gone by and  now I cannot access a Chat agent to explain this and there does not appear to be an email address or local telephone number to resolve this problem.
If I do not get a response I shall cancel my other three products immediately, one of which is due shortly.
I am over eighty and can do without this
