VPN will not start

We regret the inconvenience this has caused you. Our team is already aware of the issue and they have fixed the technical issue and you can connect to VPN again. but if the issue persists. Please follow the below instructions:

1. Open AVG Secure VPN and go to Menu and choose Settings.
2. Select "VPN Protocols".
3. Then select Mimic or OpenVPN protocols
4. After changing the protocol to mimic, try enabling the VPN to connect with the server.

VPN will not start and Im getting an error code GW0W90 when I troubleshoot. No clue what it means, or what to do with the error code.....its about as useful to me as a cotton-candy door knocker …any useful thoughts folks?
